2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bluegiant.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
If approved for a refund (damaged/incorrect product), we will process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
